Sneaking Out is a Very Hard Thing To Do
I was happily watching the television when my friends were asking me if I can go with them and have a drink because a friend of ours needed our support because of something very unfortunate happened to her. She, the unfortunate friend of ours, was already asking me if I could be with her but I wasn’t able to be with her because I want to something else - to fix my site and post another blog. Nyahaha! So I texted my other friends if they can ask our friend what was going on. I was doing the usual ‘inner monologue’ infront of the computer. Later that night, my friends who were with my unfortunate friend were asking me to be with them, that night. WOAH! It was already past nine in the evening and I just had my shower and I was already wearing my highschool shirt, shorts with my bare feet on. I wasn’t that sleepy at all but not my parents. They were very tired from their usual routine at work. I had nothing to do that night but how I wish I could post another blog. They were very persistent in making me go with them knowing that I’ll be coming all the way from Cavite and they are in Manila. I know, I know, they really got to be kidding me right? I don’t know what made me decide to go out even just practically wearing my usual sleeping attire. Haha!
When my mom asked me if I was going to sleep or I’d still be watching the television, I told her that she must go ahead and sleep while I am going to my friends near by the swimming pool because they were there - not knowing that I was just making up stories. Then she told me not to leave the outside the vicinity of our place. So, I sneaked up.
First, I went to the pool side and looked if there were several guests so that practically the maintanance people would definitely would not be able to trace me if my mom will be asking them or what. I can’t sneak up in the front gate because I am very sure that they are locked-up. So the only option that I have is to go to the back entrance which the restaurant. On my way to the pool, a reliever asked me where was I going so I said that I would be going to a friend in the pool and I asked him back where was he going to as well and he told me that he would be going to our house. I just said to him that I all of them were already asleep. Haha!
I had my way on the backhouse of the kitchen I was seen by one of the cooks and he asked why I was like sneaking and I just smiled at went away - back to the restaurant. I did another round-up to the whole place and then I went to the restaurant, they were all busy so I ran outside. The guard saw me but I don’t know if he knows me or what.
It took me an hour, not two and half to be with my friends. They were very much surprise that I was there already and just had a couple of drinks and we were laughing so much and after that I left in the five in the morning because I can’t afford to be scolded by mom.
Thinking what I did last night made me realize one thing. The more you are being controlled the more you want to let go.
