Blogging: One Way To Burn Fat
Blogging an effective way of burning fat by having yourself focused in front of the computer just by browsing the internet learning new things on your own. I have been in front of the computer for almost the whole day already and I haven’t felt hungry. I want to lose a little amount of weight so that I can be able to wear my shorts again for the summer. Haha! I’ve been hearing from most of my friends having concerns regarding their fat issues due to the fact that it is summer vacation. I myself is guilty. I have gained a lot of weight after doing my study. Eating has become my outlet whenever I am upset or even when there is nothing to do. The fact that it provides you energy and boosts you up is something what more if you are going to eat more than you can chew, right? Haha! I don’t have an eating disorder but I never stop eating not unless I felt that I am full.
I love food. I love eating. We all love food. We all love eating.
I used to be skinny way back when I was in highschool up to my second year in college. I don’t know how it all happened, it just did. I was gaining weight and I was happy about it because it was really what I really wanted that time - I am not sure if I still want it though. but the problem that I have is that the fats are concentrating on my tummy part and I have to do something about it.
Starting last April 1 was trying to lose some weight by instead of eating too much I just have to concentrate more on blogging: it’s my one way of diverting my mind on eating. Just like now, I haven’t eaten my breakfast and lunch and now it is 7:40 in the evening and I think I have to have my dinner now. Haha!
