That is a very wonderful thing. I remember the day I finished college, I chose not to attend graduation. It was later in my life that I attended college and the graduation was just another night away from my family. If I had known then what I know now, I would have attended graduation. Best of luck as you enter the real world. Keep your eye on the prize, and remember, it is not true "the man with the most toys, wins." The man with the most toys dies too. Make a difference in the lives of your friends. That is the true measure of character.
