Wordpress 2.6 + Plugins
I have updated my Wordpress Admin to 2.6 and I so far I having a great time with it. I also want to share with you some of the plugins that I recently found that will help you somehow customize your admin. I know that there are times that you will find it difficult to navigate the admin. I want to share with you some plugins that would help you to easily navigate your Wordpress Admin.
1. OneClick Installer which helps me install plugins and themes without having to upload them manually via FTP. You can also delete theme and plugin folders in just a simple click of a button.
2. Ozh’ Admin Drop Down which replaces your admin menus with a CSS dropdown menu bar. Saves lots of clicks and page loads. Remember this works for Wordpress 2.5 and above. Don’t ask me why. Ok? =)
3. Ozh & ♥COLOURlovers Admin CSS Designer, it is a pool of colorful palettes which makes your own Admin Color Scheme.
4. Wordpress Database Backup. It is an on-demand backup of your Wordpress database.
5. Wordpress Automatic Backup allows a user to automatically upgrade the wordpress installation to the latest one provided by wordpress.org using the 5 steps provided in the wordpress upgrade instructions.
